Most Common Reasons for Delay or Rejection
Name mismatch: Your name on your degree certificate does not exactly match your passport. Get a notarised affidavit explaining any name discrepancy before applying.
Old employer unresponsive: If a hospital you worked at has closed or changed management, verification can be extremely slow. Start early and contact the hospital proactively.
Incomplete documents: Missing internship certificate or incomplete experience letter (must include joining date, leaving date, designation, and hospital stamp).
