Roles & Responsibilities

Within the mission, vision and values of Saudi Arabian National Guard-Health Affairs, lead, manage and oversee the activities and operations of Nursing Services by assuming 24-hour accountability for leadership and coordination of the department in collaboration with other hospital departments including the responsibility to administer the managerial functions of setting objectives and staffing activities of the assigned departments/ areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

Essential:

Registered Nurse with a current nursing licensebr>

Bachelor Degree in Nursing br>

Master's Degree in Nursing/ Management/ related discipline from an accredited institution br>

Minimum twelve (12) years current clinical nursing experience post-registration in the country of origin, eight (8) years of which in managerial capacity including two (2) years in a comparable position

High level English language skills

Computer skills: Proficient
