SearchPlus HR is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled cardiac electrophysiologist to join our dynamic team within the private healthcare sector. In this role, you will focus on diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders, making significant contributions to patient care and clinical outcomes.
As a cardiac electrophysiologist, your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive electrophysiological studies, performing catheter ablations, and managing the implantation of cutting-edge cardiac devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving our patients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient histories and conduct thorough cardiac assessments to diagnose arrhythmias.
Perform electrophysiological studies and utilize advanced technology for accurate diagnosis.
Execute catheter ablation procedures and oversee the implantation of cardiac devices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management and treatment strategy development.
Educate patients and families on arrhythmias and various treatment options available.
Engage in continuous learning and research to stay current with advancements in cardiac electrophysiology.
Requirements
M.D. or D.O. degree with a valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Board certification or eligibility in cardiology with specialized training in electrophysiology.
Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing cardiac arrhythmias.
Expertise in performing electrophysiological studies and catheter ablation.
Experience with the implantation and management of cardiac devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and teams.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
