Responsibilities

Provide attentive care to infants including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and soothing

Monitor the baby's health and developmental milestones, maintaining accurate daily records

Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the baby at all times

Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities to stimulate sensory and cognitive development

Assist parents with understanding baby care practices and offer support as needed

Administer medications as prescribed and observe any health changes to report promptly

Maintain consistent and clear communication with parents regarding the baby's wellbeing and care routines

Requirements

Prior experience in infant care or as a baby caregiver

Strong understanding of infant development and care techniques

Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor

Ability to provide stay-in care with commitment and reliability

Effective communication skills to liaise with parents and healthcare professionals

Flexibility to work extended hours and overnight shifts as required

Basic first aid and infant CPR certification preferred
