What’s the role?
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our North Hobart clinic on a casual basis.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering safe, high-quality clinical support within a medical imaging environment, contributing to positive patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.
You Will
Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and confidentiality
Perform cannulation and assist with contrast administration in line with clinical protocols
Support imaging procedures and work closely with Radiographers and Radiologists
Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures, preparation, and next steps
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold privacy and compliance standards
Contribute to efficient workflow and a collaborative team environment
Participate in continuous improvement and adapt to new systems and processes

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated clinical competence within scope of practice
Proven ability to cannulate (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to patient-centred care, safety, and quality
The ability to work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
