Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and operational running of the rehabilitative services

Perform clinical duties

Plans departmental business goals as well as operational and capital budgets

Establish policies and procedures for the department

Review customer satisfaction data and implement any work flow or service delivery changes

Establish an adequate stock inventory system

Maintenance of all equipment and monitor equipment utilization in the department

Responsible for the management of the human resources of the department

Responsible for the development of proper training for staff

Performs other related tasks and duties as may be assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy / Speech Therapy / Occupational Therapy

Registered Professional at a licensing authority

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role

Ability to work in a multi-cultural team

Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
