Description

We are seeking an experienced clinic manager with a proven track record in healthcare management within the GCC region. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient functioning and high-quality patient care. Your leadership will be essential in managing staff, optimizing patient experiences, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Supervise and support healthcare staff to foster a positive work environment and encourage professional development.

Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction by regularly evaluating performance metrics and implementing necessary improvements.

Coordinate with physicians and medical staff to streamline workflows and enhance patient care services.

Oversee financial operations, including billing and coding processes, to ensure the clinic's financial sustainability.

Implement and maintain quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Act as the primary point of contact for patient concerns, feedback, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic management or healthcare administration, with specific experience in the GCC region.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing clinic budgets and resources.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
