Roles & Responsibilities

Your role:

Commercial Enablement & Pre-Sales Support

Deliver high-impact clinical demonstrations and value-based presentations

Support tender submissions with clinical compliance and differentiation

Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and roadshows / tradeshows

Post-Sales Clinical Implementation

Lead structured end-user clinical training (basic & advanced)

Support go-live activities and ensure smooth clinical adoption

Generate demand through a proactive clinical selling approach in the forms of upselling, upgrading, offering attachments, systems replacement and offering clinical services to our end customers.

Clinical Excellence & Strategic Customer Partnership

Ensure safe, compliant, and effective use of monitoring solutions

Address and escalate clinical application issues in a timely manner

Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across ICU, OR, NICU, OB, and cardiology settingsbr>

How we work together br>We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.br>Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company s facilities.br>Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company s main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.br> br>This is a field role.br>

Desired Candidate Profile

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field (Required).

3 5 years of clinical application or medical device experience.

Experience in patient monitoring preferred.

Strong understanding of hospital and cardiology clinical workflows.

Fluency in English and Arabic (Required) / French is considered an advantage.

Strong communication skills and demonstrates a customer first mindset.

Willingness to travel 40% across North-Africa.br
