The Open Roles: Which Unit Will You Lead?

We are actively hiring Clinical Department Managers for the following specialized units:

Surgical Services & Perioperative Unit: You will oversee Pre-Op, Operating Rooms (OR), and PACU. Your focus will be driving surgical scheduling efficiency, sterile processing coordination, and perioperative patient safety protocols.

Women's Health & Obstetric Services: You will manage Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum care, ensuring adherence to maternal safety bundles and delivering exceptional family-centered birth experiences.

Pediatric Services & Family Care Unit: You will direct general pediatrics and family care operations, championing family-integrated care models and pediatric-specific safety guidelines.

Critical Care & ICU Unit: You will lead high-acuity environments. Your focus will be managing strict nurse-to-patient ratios, overseeing advanced life support protocols, and coordinating rapid patient triage.

Cardiology & Cardiac Services Unit: You will oversee the Cardiac ICU, Step-Down units, and coordination with the Cath Lab, focusing on acute coronary syndrome protocols and heart failure management.

Oncology & Cancer Services Unit: You will manage inpatient oncology, complex chemotherapy administration protocols, and palliative care integration, supporting comprehensive psychosocial care initiatives.

Core Responsibilities (Apply to All Openings)

Regardless of the specialty, our Clinical Department Managers are the operational and clinical backbone of our hospital. Your key responsibilities will include:

Clinical Operations: Ensure 24/7 delivery of safe, evidence-based patient care that complies with internal standards, Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, and accreditation requirements (e.g., CBAHI and JCI).

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain a highly skilled interdisciplinary team. Manage staffing schedules efficiently to align with patient acuity and volume trends.

Financial Management: Develop and manage the department’s annual capital and operational budgets. Optimize resource utilization and control premium labor costs.

Quality & Safety: Lead unit-based continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. Investigate incident reports and ensure continuous survey readiness and strict infection control.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. (Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Quality Management is highly preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience strictly within the specialty area you are applying for.

Minimum of 2+ years of progressive nursing leadership/management experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Unit Manager).

Licensure & Certifications:

Valid classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) (or eligibility to obtain).

Current Registered Nurse (RN) License from country of origin.

BLS required (ACLS/PALS required based on unit specialty).

Preferred Specialty Certifications: * Surgical: CNOR

Women's Health: RNC-OB or C-EFM

Pediatrics: CPN

Critical Care: CCRN

Cardiology: CMC/CSC

Oncology: OCN

Skills & Competencies:

Fluent in English (essential for medical documentation); Arabic speaking skills are highly preferred.

Deep understanding of CBAHI, JCI, and MOH healthcare quality standards.
