Clinical Lead Nurse

Paragon Home Healthcare is a nurse-led provider specialising in complex care, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and higher acuity needs through nurse and HCA-led packages. We are a trusted partner of the Spinal Injuries Association.

We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work closely with our Director of Nursing and Governance, Anita Osborn, and take a central role in how care is delivered across the service.

This is a senior, hands-on clinical leadership role focused on:

overseeing clinical delivery across packages

supporting care managers with decision-making and escalation

identifying and managing clinical risk early

ensuring care is safe, consistent, and workable in practice

The role sits within a structured model including a Clinical Manager and Care Managers, with additional specialist input from a Critical Care Lead Nurse for higher acuity packages.

This is not a purely office-based or compliance-led role. It requires someone comfortable working across client environments, supporting teams directly, and operating with accountability.

We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

complex care or nurse-led providers

spinal, neurological or respiratory services

CHC or case management

For the right individual, we would also consider an allied health professional (e.g. OT or Physio) with strong complex care or case management experience.
