About the Role:
We are looking for a registered Nurse with selling experience to provide stoma care, advice, and support to patients to improve
their quality of life. Delivering our forever caring promise to patients and their families/carers, along with the promotion/selling of the
range of Convatec products and services in both the Acute and Primary care sectors.
Territory: Cork, Waterford, Clonmel, Kilkenny and Wexford.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow Convatec product market share through both established and new relationships
Deliver sales resuls to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Accountable for business/account plans development and delivery of the expected business growth
To provide nursing intervention advice and education to ensure that the specific needs of individual patients are
addressed, promoting patient autonomy where possible so that the individual can make informed choices about their own care. Improving quality of life and patient outcomes.
Create clear and compelling solution-based value propositions through engagement with key customers within primary & secondary care (Ostomy sector)
Accountable for business/account plans development and delivery of the business
Build advocacy across acute setting for Convatec products
Attend patient and HCP events to promote and educate on Convatec products and services
Cultivate a strong understanding of the stoma patient pathway & key customer pain points to identify how Convatec products and services can add value
Recognise when an individual is unable to manage their stoma care independently, either physically or psychologically and actively formulate an alternative plan of care.
Ensure that all confidential Patient Records and any data collection is maintained in line with Company and NHS policies using an electronic patient record system (EPRS)
Engage with and develop relationships with local and national Ostomy patient Associations.
Develop and drive patient education forums in line with Ostomy strategic plan incorporating Me+
You will need flexibility within your territory and work with your colleagues to service all patients and HCPs who require clinical support.

require an adaptable, tenacious and forward-thinking Account Manager and Clinical Specialist who is not afraid to question the
norm and thrives on sharing best practice to achieve shared goal
About You:
Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current ostomy market trends influence sales including Solution & Value selling requiring a consultative selling approach
Is persuasive and can easily influence others and builds a team culture
Possesses good customer relationship and service skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills essential
Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
High personal accountability, High degree of integrity

Working Requirements:
Qualified Nurse RGN (essential)
Travel across your territory
Occasional nights away from home for the purpose of attending meetings and conferences.
Community / district nurse experience is desirable.
Recognised Stoma Care Qualification is desirable.
Car driver essential Full driving license required
Proven experience with an interest within the stoma care / colorectal area. If not level 6 qualified, then will be supported to achieve.
Evidence of recent post registration training and development
