Key responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with arrhythmias and related cardiovascular conditions.
Conduct electrophysiological studies, catheter ablations, and device implantations (e.g., pacemakers, defibrillators).
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for patients based on individual needs and evidence-based practices.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including cardiologists and surgeons, to provide holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families on arrhythmia management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the advancement of cardiac electrophysiology through research and education.
Requirements
Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialized training in cardiac electrophysiology.
Board certification in cardiology, with additional certification in electrophysiology.
Current medical license to practice in the UAE.
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a cardiac electrophysiologist.
In-depth knowledge of arrhythmia disorders, electrophysiological techniques, and management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive patient relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare team.
