Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Respond to patients’ medical problems by reviewing their history, physical examination and investigations, reaching to a probable diagnosis, appropriate evidence based treatment, counseling and referral where necessary.
· Diagnose, treat, and manage various endocrine disorders, such as diabetes, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, and PCOS.
· Analyze laboratory tests and diagnostic images to identify the root causes of hormone imbalances.
· Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies to manage hormonal disorders, including surgery when necessary.
· Order and interpret tests related to endocrine function, including blood tests, biopsies, and imaging.
· Educate patients and families about the best ways to manage endocrine disorders, including self-care and preventive measures.
· Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records for each patient.
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care for patients.
· Participate in continuing education and professional development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements in the field.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Board Certified / Unencumbered License or registration from home country
· Minimum Post Graduate Specialist Degree in Endocrinology
· Minimum 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities
· Additional Fellowship/ Boards preferred
· Adaptable and able to work in a multicultural team
