Key responsibilities
Perform thorough physical examinations, assessments, and health histories for patients.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions.
Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and preventative care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.

Requirements
Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in family medicine is required.
Current and valid medical license in the applicable state.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in family medicine.
Exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of diverse medical conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient care.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
Commitment to continuous education and staying updated with advancements in medical practice.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
