This position is ideal for consultants looking for a balanced clinical workload without the requirement for advanced endoscopic procedures such as ERCP or EUS.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology care

Perform high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopies in line with international standards

Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal and liver disorders

Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists as part of a multidisciplinary team

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in quality improvement, audit, and clinical governance activities

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and UAE regulatory requirements
