Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, including surgical and non-surgical options.
Perform advanced surgical procedures to correct hand and wrist disorders.
Collaborate with orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in hand surgery techniques and technologies.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) and a valid medical license for practice.
Completion of a residency in orthopedic surgery and a fellowship in hand surgery.
Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of hand conditions.
Proficient in performing complex hand surgical procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage a busy caseload.
