Position Overview A leading private healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant in Internal Medicine to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves managing a broad spectrum of adult medical conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a modern hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic internal medicine conditions

Conduct comprehensive outpatient consultations and follow-up care

Lead inpatient ward rounds and manage complex admissions

Coordinate care with subspecialties including cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and pulmonology

Supervise junior physicians and contribute to clinical governance

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and hospital policies

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Requirements

MBBS + recognized Consultant qualification in Internal Medicine

Valid DHA License (mandatory)

Minimum 5 8 years post-consultant experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in private healthcare setting is an advantage
