SearchPlus HR is a premier human resources consulting firm that specializes in connecting top-tier healthcare professionals with leading organizations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Neurologist to join a well-respected private healthcare group.
As a Consultant Neurologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing expert diagnoses and treatment for various neurological conditions. Your knowledge and experience will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and improving outcomes in a private healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and evaluations of patients
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including MRIs, CT scans, and EEGs
Diagnose and manage a variety of neurological disorders ranging from stroke and epilepsy to dementia and multiple sclerosis
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions and treatment options
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay current with advances in neurology and participate in continuous professional development
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification in Neurology
Completion of an accredited residency program in Neurology
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a neurology setting
Strong diagnostic skills in assessing and managing complex neurological conditions
Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and interpreting imaging results
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Commitment to patient-focused care and ethical medical practice
Previous experience in a private healthcare environment is an advantage
