Key responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a detailed medical history review and neurological examinations.

Diagnose various neurological disorders and create individualized treatment plans.

Perform complex neurosurgical procedures with an emphasis on precision and patient safety.

Manage the entire surgical process, including pre-operative preparations and post-operative care.

Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes.

Engage in clinical research initiatives to contribute to the advancement of neurosurgical practices.

Ensure compliance with medical regulations and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent medical degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of a neurosurgery residency program.

Board certification in neurosurgery.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in neurosurgery.

Demonstrated expertise in performing a wide range of neurosurgical procedures.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed clinical decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A collaborative team player with a patient-centered approach.

Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.

Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
