Your role & impact

Lead outpatient and inpatient evaluation of renal disorders—from congenital anomalies to acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease

Oversee dialysis programs, including setting protocols for haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in neonates through adolescents

Perform renal biopsies, interpret complex lab data, and tailor immunosuppressive regimens

Establish multidisciplinary clinics (e.g., transplant follow-up, hypertension management)

Mentor fellows, nurses, and dietitians; contribute to clinical audits and publish research in pediatric nephrology

Candidate profile

Medical degree: MBBS or equivalent from an accredited institution

Board certification: Pediatric nephrology credentials from UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand

Fellowship: Completion of an accredited 2-3 year pediatric nephrology fellowship

Experience: Minimum 3 years' clinical practice in a recognized pediatric nephrology service

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS)
