Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients requiring surgical treatment.
Conduct surgical procedures with precision, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure optimal recovery.
Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, risks, and recovery processes.
Collaborate with other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
Completion of residency in general surgery and fellowship training in pediatric surgery.
Board certification in pediatric surgery is required.
State licensure to practice medicine.
Minimum of X years of clinical experience in pediatric surgery (specific years can be tailored based on company needs).
Extensive knowledge of surgical techniques specific to pediatric populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with patients and families.
