Core responsibilities

Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs.

Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment pathways.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Stay updated with current research and best practices in psychiatry through continuous education and training.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

Board certification in psychiatry is mandatory.

Current, valid medical license to practice in the state.

A minimum of 5 years post-residency experience in psychiatric practice.

Proficient in performing psychiatric assessments and designing effective treatment plans.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Dedication to upholding a high standard of patient care.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
