Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized radiation therapy treatment plans, meticulously tailoring them to each patient's unique cancer type and stage.
Conduct thorough patient consultations, providing clear and empathetic explanations of treatment options, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
Oversee the accurate and safe delivery of radiation treatments, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality assurance measures.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical oncologists, surgeons, and nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Completion of a residency program in Radiation Oncology.
Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Radiation Oncology.
