SearchPlus HR is seeking an exceptional consultant spine surgeon to join a leading private hospital within our network. As a consultant spine surgeon, you will be responsible for providing expert care in diagnosing, treating, and managing a diverse range of spinal disorders. Your surgical expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes and overall health.
In this position, you will engage in both surgical and conservative management of spinal conditions, collaborating closely with other specialists to ensure comprehensive care. Key responsibilities:
Perform detailed assessments to diagnose various spinal conditions.
Execute surgical procedures including, but not limited to, spinal fusion, disc replacement, and laminectomy.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for surgical and non-surgical interventions.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and recovery processes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay current with advancements in spine surgery techniques and best practices.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and clinical practices.
Requirements
Medical degree with board certification in orthopedic surgery or neurosurgery.
Specialization in spine surgery, with advanced fellowship training preferred.
Proven track record of successful spine surgeries and patient management.
Extensive knowledge of spine surgical techniques and appropriate technologies.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret diagnostic imaging.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
