Key responsibilities

Oversight of clinical practices and patient management in the ICU.

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in critical care medicine.

Board certification in critical care medicine or equivalent.

A current medical license to practice in Dubai.

Significant experience in critical care medicine, with at least 5 years in an ICU leadership role.

Proven expertise in managing critically ill patients and team leadership.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and patient-centered care.

Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying current with advancements in critical care practices.
