At KL Fertility Centre, we don’t just process IVF cycles; we help build families. As we move into an exciting new chapter of further growth and clinical excellence, we are looking for vibrant Daycare / Operating Theatre Nurses to join our team.

THE ROLE : Beyond the Scrubs and Uniforms

You aren't just a Nurse here. You are a fertility journey navigator and a source of hope.

As a Daycare / Operating Theatre Nurse, your focus is on :

OT Excellence : Assist Specialists during minor surgical and fertility procedures (OPU, ET, TESA).

Patient Advocacy : Provide pre-operative counseling and post-operative recovery care, ensuring patients feel safe and reassured.

Clinical Prep : Manage sterilization of instruments, OT setup, and maintain strict infection control standards.

Sedation Support : Monitor patients’ vital signs post-sedation and manage the daycare discharge process.

Team Synergy : Work closely with our Specialists and the Embryology Lab to ensure seamless scheduling and patient transitions.

WHO YOU ARE :

The Knowledgeable One : A registered Nurse with a passion for Reproductive Medicine (experience in IVF/ART is a plus, but your right attitude matters more).

The Independent Learner : You will be trained while working and are expected to perform with minimal supervision. We value independence and a genuine hunger for knowledge.

The Communicator : You can guide patients through complex protocols with clarity and a "hug" in your voice.
