Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and deliver core nursing care

Administer medications and monitor patient conditions

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team

Follow safety, infection‑control, and ethical standards

Support quality improvement and KPI goals

Collaborate with the team and guide junior staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Valid RN license (MOH / DHA / DOH)

Current BLS certification

1-2 years of clinical nursing experience

Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work under pressure

Professional, accountable, and reliable

Proficient in electronic medical record documentation
