Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., heat, cold, electrical stimulation).
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs based on individual needs and goals.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and proper posture.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and modifications to care plans.
Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in physical therapy.
Ensure all practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Skills & Experiences
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid PRC License as a Physical Therapist.
At least 3-5 years of experience working in a clinical or hospital setting (preferred but not required).
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex treatments to patients.
Ability to build rapport with patients and their families, providing compassionate care.
Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility and perform hands-on therapeutic techniques.
Willingness to pursue Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and additional certifications.
