Job Summary A leading tertiary hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking an accomplished Department Chair Breast Surgery to lead and develop a comprehensive breast care program. The role combines advanced clinical practice with strategic leadership, academic development, and service expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all clinical, operational, and academic activities within the Breast Surgery department.

Perform complex oncologic and reconstructive breast surgeries.

Develop multidisciplinary breast cancer programs and tumor boards.

Establish clinical protocols aligned with international best practices.

Mentor consultants, specialists, and surgical trainees.

Contribute to research, innovation, and service line growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Medical degree with specialization in General Surgery and subspecialty training in Breast Surgery.

International Board Certification (Tier 1 preferred).

Extensive Consultant-level experience with proven leadership background.

DOH license or eligibility.
