Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, manage and oversee the activities of the assigned Nursing departments by assuming a 24-hour accountability; oversee clinical nursing performance and priority setting underpinned by the development of policy, procedures and guidelines.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Essential:

Registered Nurse with a current professional nursing license

Bachelor Degree (Western standard)

Masters Degree in Nursing/ Management from accredited institution (Western Standard)

Specific Certification as required in area of assignment

Minimum ten (10) years clinical nursing experience which includes five (5) years of which in comparable managerial capacity

Excellent English Language Skills

Computer Skills: Expert
