We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Retail Pharmacy Development to lead and expand our retail pharmacy network in the region. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, enhance operational excellence, and pioneer innovative healthcare solutions in the retail pharmacy sector within the UAE and Africa.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the retail pharmacy footprint across target markets in Dubai and the UAE.

- Lead and manage the retail pharmacy development team to achieve growth and operational objectives.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and locations to optimize market presence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless pharmacy development and rollout.

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and industry best practices in retail pharmacy operations.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail pharmacy development or healthcare business development, preferably within the UAE or Middle East region.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving business growth.

- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and retail pharmacy industry standards.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.

Salary:

USD 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
