Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled DOH licensed Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team.

In this role, you will provide personalized nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

You will play a vital role in supporting patients with chronic illnesses, post-surgical care, and other medical needs in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and health maintenance Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols in the homecare setting Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families *Benefits:* * Free accommodation & transportation * Visa & insurance provided * Paid annual leave *Duty:* 5 days/week, 12-hour day shifts, 2 days off *Location:* Al Ain (Abu Dhabi) Valid DOH (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse is a must Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent Experience in homecare nursing or community health nursing preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Compassionate with a patient-centered approach to care Proficient in documentation and healthcare software Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
