Key Responsibilities:

Assist doctors during stem cell treatments, minor procedures, and assessments and aesthetic and beauty treatments, ensuring safe and precise clinical assistance.

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities and clinical support functions.

Ensure infection control, cleanroom discipline, and sterile technique compliance.

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and electronic medical records.

Support DOH inspection readiness, license renewals, and nursing compliance audits.

Guide and train junior nurses and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.

Handle patient inquiries, provide health education, and ensure premium-quality service.

Cooperate closely with laboratory, front desk, and administrative teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Valid DOH License (Registered Nurse)

Minimum 5-8 years of clinical experience in UAE, preferably in regenerative medicine, dermatology, or wellness clinics.

Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and patient safety protocols.

Experience in assisting aesthetic or beauty treatments (e.g., laser, injectables, dermatology procedures)

Hands-on experience in maintaining and following DOH guidelines and compliance standards

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-demand clinical environment.
