Key responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients presenting with ENT conditions.
Diagnose various disorders related to the ear, nose, and throat and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
Provide both medical and surgical treatment options, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Perform surgical procedures, including endoscopies and other relevant interventions.
Educate patients and their families on treatment options, preventive care, and management strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records while adhering to healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay informed about advancements in otolaryngology.
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in otolaryngology.
Current medical license to practice in the state.
At least three years of clinical experience as an ENT specialist.
In-depth knowledge of ENT conditions and treatments with strong diagnostic abilities.
Excellent surgical skills for performing relevant procedures.
Outstanding communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centric care.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
