Role Description

The ER Head Nurse will be responsible for overseeing all emergency department nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with hospital policies and international standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with relevant certifications in critical care or emergency nursing preferred

Master Degree in Nursing is a Plus .

Experience in ER or critical care units Is a must.

More than 2 years of experience in the same role.

Previous experience in an accredited hospital (e.g., GAHAR or JCI) is a must.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Strong expertise in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care Medicine, and Patient Care

Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of nursing staff effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.
