Main responsibilities
Perform thorough evaluations of patients through interviews, medical histories, and physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and health issues in patients of all ages.
Design and execute personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
Educate patients and their families on wellness, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
Participate in community programs aimed at improving health education and access to care.
Requirements
MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in family medicine is required.
Current and valid medical license in the applicable state.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a family medicine practice.
Strong clinical competencies along with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Excellent communication skills to foster strong rapport with patients.
Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to ongoing education and best medical practices.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
