Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering strictly to physician orders and established protocols to ensure patient safety and efficacy.

Assess patients' conditions, meticulously documenting vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories to inform accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote holistic well-being.

Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and preventative care, empowering them to actively participate in their health.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, demonstrating legal authorization to practice nursing.

Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, reflecting a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice.

Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, ensuring the ability to manage critical situations.

Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, showcasing practical knowledge and adaptability.
