SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced general dentist to join our private sector team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional dental care to our patients while promoting oral health and wellness.
About the role
As a general dentist in the private sector with SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental issues, performing a range of dental procedures, and ensuring a welcoming and comforting environment for patients. You will also play a key role in educating patients about their oral health needs and preventive care.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues
Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and cleanings
Conduct thorough oral examinations and assessments for all patients
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive measures
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
Stay current with the latest dental technologies and techniques
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
Current license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction
Previous experience in a general dentistry role, particularly in the private sector
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
