Roles & Responsibilities
Assist ophthalmologists during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and providing necessary instruments and support.
Perform comprehensive eye assessments, including visual acuity tests, tonometry, and pupillary response evaluations.
Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-operative care instructions, addressing concerns and providing emotional support.
Coordinate appointments, manage patient flow, and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Demonstrates strong technical skills in ophthalmic equipment operation and maintenance.
Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
