Job Summary:

A Gynecologist is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care related to womens reproductive health, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. The role involves managing a wide range of gynecological conditions and supporting patients through various stages of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine gynecological examinations and screenings

Diagnose and treat disorders related to the female reproductive system

Provide antenatal and postnatal care to pregnant patients

Perform and assist in gynecological procedures and surgeries

Manage menstrual disorders, infertility issues, and hormonal imbalances

Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (ultrasound, Pap smear, etc.)

Provide family planning guidance and contraceptive counseling

Monitor high-risk pregnancies and refer to specialists when required

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Ensure compliance with medical standards and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology
