SearchPlus HR is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a hand surgeon to join a private healthcare facility known for its patient-centered approach and commitment to excellence. As a hand surgeon, you will be tasked with providing expert surgical care for patients with various hand and upper extremity conditions, making a significant difference in their quality of life.
In this role, you will work collaboratively within a dynamic medical team, diagnosing disorders, formulating treatment plans, and executing surgical interventions with precision. Your expertise will help guide patients through their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Key responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose a wide range of hand and upper extremity conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
Perform surgical procedures to treat injuries and conditions of the hand and upper extremity
Utilize cutting-edge surgical techniques and technologies to optimize outcomes
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and occupational therapists, for comprehensive patient management
Educate patients and their families on treatment options and post-operative care
Stay current with the latest advancements in the field through continuous education and training
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid state medical license
Completion of a residency in general surgery and a fellowship in hand surgery
Documented experience in diagnosing and managing hand and upper extremity conditions
Proven expertise in performing hand surgical procedures
Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and advancements in hand surgery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
Desire for continuous professional growth and development in the specialized field of hand surgery
