Roles & Responsibilities

Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, neurological status, and other critical parameters, swiftly detecting and responding to any deterioration.

Administer medications, including intravenous drugs and infusions, with precision and adherence to established protocols, ensuring patient safety.

Provide comprehensive respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation management, airway management, and oxygen therapy, optimizing patient outcomes.

Perform advanced nursing interventions, such as central line care, arterial line management, and wound care, maintaining strict aseptic techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.

Holds a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility to obtain one, allowing immediate practice within Dubai's healthcare system.

Holds BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications, showcasing proficiency in emergency medical care.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a High Dependency Unit (HDU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting, demonstrating specialized expertise.
