We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse to lead and enhance patient care at our fast-paced, efficiency-driven, and customer-focused medical center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing nursing operations, improving staff performance, and ensuring a superior patient experience through effective leadership and adherence to best clinical practices.

Role Description
• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff.
• Manage patient care and clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Team Management
o Lead and mentor nurses to deliver fast, compassionate care and enhance patient experience.
o Foster a culture of responsiveness and personalized communication.
o Ensure staff training emphasizes customer care and empathy.
• Optimizing Patient Experience & Care
o Oversee efficient, high-quality nursing services that reduce wait times.
o Implement patient feedback systems to drive continuous improvement.
o Enhance communication and comfort measures for a stress-free experience.
• Operational Excellence
o Streamline nursing workflows to minimize delays.
o Ensure seamless coordination between departments for a hassle-free patient journey.
o Maintain proper documentation and ensure equipment availability.
• Innovation & Service Enhancement
o Introduce new nursing practices to improve patient comfort.
o Train staff in customer service and proactive care.
o Leverage technology for efficient service and patient updates.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
o Ensure all care meets regulatory standards while prioritizing patient needs.
o Conduct quality audits to refine patient experience.
o Update policies to align with customer expectations.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare
Management is a plus).
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or
similar).
Experience
• Proven experience in a senior nursing role, preferably as a Head Nurse or Nurse Supervisor.
• Extensive background in patient care management with a focus on speed, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Experience leading nursing teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Track record of implementing customer service initiatives in patient care.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital records, and automated workflows.
Skills
• Patient-Centered Care: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.

Fluency in Arabic & English
Nationality
