Role Overview
On Ward 12, you will find a welcoming, multidisciplinary team supporting eight children aged 6 to 14 and their parents. A particular focus is placed on interaction therapy between parents and children. The conditions treated include attention deficit disorders, emotional disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and conduct disorders, as well as pervasive developmental disorders (autism) and more. Generally, a parent accompanies the child. We also have two treatment places for parents who also have mental health conditions and are treated in cooperation with the Department of Adult Psychiatry.
Tasks at a glance
Nursing and educational individual and group work with children and parents
They carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures and thus assume important tasks in the treatment of mentally ill children and their mentally ill parents.
Developing treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and therapists
We are looking for
A completed vocational training as a health and (pediatric) nurse, nursing specialist, or a university degree in a dual Bachelor's degree program in nursing.
Professional experience/expertise in the treatment of mental illnesses in children and/or adults, or an interest in learning new things.
Commitment, ability to self-organize, sense of responsibility, teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
