Roles & Responsibilities
The Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing chronic haemodialysis therapy. They shall independently perform critical tasks in assessing, initiating, monitoring and terminating treatment in an acute hospital setting. The nursing care being provided is under the direction and in cooperation with companies’ Chief Medical Officer and in accordance with physician orders, Nephro Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, Occupational Health & Safety OHS, AAMI (standards documents aimed at enhancing the safety, efficacy, safe use and management of medical devices and health technologies), federal, MOH, DOH, DHA, Emirate and local regulations.
Our Dialysis RNs are expected to support Nephro’s mission, vision, values and customer service philosophy. It is expected that individuals in this position will follow all Nephro’s and all contracted hospitals’ policies and procedures in order to provide the highest level of patient care and most superior customer service possible.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, plus 1 year of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients, in either a chronic or acute setting.
· Certified in CPR or successfully complete course in CPR certification.
