Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Home Care Head Nurse. The Head Nurse will lead and oversee the daily operations of home care services and caregivers, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include managing home care nursing teams and caregivers, supervising patient care plans, coordinating with physicians and healthcare professionals, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves monitoring patient progress, addressing their needs, training staff, and ensuring quality service delivery in line with company values.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Nursing, including management of care teams and knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols

Expertise in Medicine and Home Care services, with a focus on delivering personalized patient care

Strong skills in Patient Care and Wound Care, with the ability to develop and implement effective care plans

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

A bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification; advanced certifications are a plus

Professional licensure in Saudi Arabia as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required

Experience in home healthcare or case management is highly preferred

Experience in invoicing
