Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Home Care Nurse / Nursing Assistant. The role involves providing patient-centered care in a home setting, including administering medications, assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient health, and offering emotional support. Responsibilities also include wound care management, documenting patient progress, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment plans. The position prioritizes compassionate and professional care for patients with varying needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Nursing and foundational knowledge in Medicine

Experience in Home Care and delivering Patient Care services

Skill in Wound Care to ensure safe and effective treatment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and provide emotional support to patients and their families

Previous experience in home care or community-based healthcare is an advantage

Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently in a home care environment

Fluency in spoken and written communication in the local language and/or English is preferred
