Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive health assessments to create personalized care plans that meet each patient’s unique needs.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication usage, and health maintenance strategies.
Provide wound care and other therapeutic interventions, ensuring proper hygiene and infection control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license and at least an associate degree in nursing; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience in a homecare setting or similar healthcare environment.
Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
