What will be your task

Evaluate and ensure compliance in legal and other requirements in accordance with legal requirements and company procedure.

Establish, maintain and regular review EHS documentation for all operations needs and requirements to comply with relevant Standard and Regulation.

To liaise with all the authorities and third party in term of audit or inspection.

Evaluate EHS system effectiveness and propose improvements for system enhancement.

Assist in creating the annual EHS plan aligned with company policies and objectives and ensure the plan implementation is conducted.

Assist in incident reporting for corrective actions and detailed investigations after accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.

Ensure all regular inspection and testing of medical equipment or facilities is conducted in timely manner to ensure they are in good working condition. Ensure servicing of equipment is done on timely basis.

Assist in fulfilling EHS internal and external reports.

Execute EHS promotion programs, campaigns or event.

Arrange medical examination arrangement and training/refresher to employee and first aider.

Manage industrial medical records and employee health concerns.

Provide medical assistance / first aid to employees who become ill or reported work-related injury/illness in company premises.

Manage health facilities, first aid kits, and medical supply inventories to ensure sufficient service and materials are available

Support emergency response planning and implementation.

Responsible for the management of pregnant lady and nursing mothers, and its program.

Provide support in EHS related matters.

Advise on workplace health issues and provide medical consultations to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Involvement in ERT (Emergency Response Team) and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Committee.

Carry out all duties pertaining occupational health's requirement as stipulated in OSHA 1994, and DOSH occupational health guidelines, and any related legal legislations.
