Roles & Responsibilities

Provide first aid and emergency care to employees when needed

Manage workplace injuries and coordinate further medical treatment

Maintain health records and employee medical files

Support health and wellness programs (e.g. vaccinations, health checks)

Monitor and report health hazards at the workplace

Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training

Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations

Maintain medical supplies and first aid kits

Support during workplace inspections or audits

Desired Candidate Profile

BSc Nursing – minimum 3 years of experience

GNM Nursing – minimum 4 years of experience

Mandatory experience in:

Emergency

ICU

Medical & Surgical Wards

EMT / Industrial Nursing experience

BLS – Basic Life Support

ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

Trauma Care Certification (e.g., ITLS, PHTLS, or equivalent)
